Colorado Springs, CO, August 26, 2016 — Intelligent Software Solutions (ISS) will be hosting a panel session next week at VMWorld 2016 entitled “No IT Left Behind: Connecting the Software-Defined Data Center to Multi-Modal IT.”
The breakout session, which will focus on how ISS uses a DevOps-based multi-modal approach to modernize its enterprise IT system, will be presented by David Coker, Vice President and Director of IT; and David Morse, DevOps Engineer.
“We will be discussing how ISS created a multi-modal IT approach by applying a DevOps model across our entire enterprise, resulting in a dynamic, on-premise environment that supports flexible, timely, and relevant capabilities,” said Coker. “We will show how DevOps benefits both legacy and future applications, how multi-modal IT applies to a wide range of enterprises, and that virtualization needs to happen at several levels to be effective.”
Attendees will learn how a combination of virtualization, scripting and containerization technologies has enabled ISS to modernize its enterprise IT without “leaving anything behind.”
The session will take place on August 29 at 5:00 p.m. at The Mandalay Bay Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, the site of VMWorld 2016.
