STONE
The Special Ops Theater Operations Netcentric Environment (STONE) is a lightweight Command and Control (C2) planning and execution tool for both standalone and connected environments. STONE was developed primarily for the Joint Special Operations community, but is used successfully by the Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) community and other customers needing a lightweight Air Operations planning and execution environment.
STONE offers a lightweight replacement for TBMCS functionality and but also allows connectivity to TBMCS or other Air Operations Center systems when necessary.
STONE is based on the C2 Core Framework (link to C2 description page) which provides a net-centric, extensible ability to quickly build C2 applications from tactical to strategic levels.
